Leitman-Perlman's Property Management group is charged with maintaining and strengthening our client's investments. We orchestrate and implement a management program for each client to meet their particular needs. In addition to maintaining their building's interior and exterior conditions, we ensure their tenants needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Our professional management and maintenance staff is on call 24-hours each day to fully protect our client's asset and to maintain a trusting relationship with the tenants.
